  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 3 PM local time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where available).


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, product availability, and chosen shipping method:

    • Domestic: 5–7 business days

    • International: 7–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (domestic only, additional charges apply)

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days (domestic only, additional charges apply)

Important: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, courier delays, or customs inspections may impact actual delivery.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated Rates: Standard shipping costs (where applicable) are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

5. Shipping Address Policy

  • Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Petshen is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

  • Changes: To request an address change after placing an order, contact support@umigrove.co.uk immediately. We cannot guarantee updates once the order is processed or shipped.

  • Tracking information can be monitored via the carrier’s official website.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once handed to the carrier, Petshen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should file claims directly with the shipping carrier using tracking details provided.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@umigrove.co.uk within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
